Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Networkaiplatform educational enrollments confirmed by invoice. Website prices are informational; this Policy governs confirmed purchases.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for cohort seats when you cancel within the stated window and have not substantially consumed live sessions or downloadable packs beyond orientation materials. Corporate invoices may require the purchasing entity’s written authorization.

Timeframe

For live cohort programs (including Risk Scoring Atelier), a full refund request must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the first live session. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition. Within 6 days of start, seats are generally non-refundable except as required by mandatory law or as an exception below.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds apply when cancellation is timely and access credentials for premium materials have not been used beyond the welcome packet. Partial refunds apply in the mid-window above or when a documented scheduling conflict arises after purchase but before the second live session, at our reasonable discretion.

Non-refundable items

Self-paced digital kits once download links are activated; third-party exam or software fees (we do not sell software, but if a partner fee appears on an invoice it follows the partner’s rules); completed private facilitation days; and administrative bank fees already incurred may be non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@networkaiplatform.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days KST and may ask for identity verification matching the purchaser record.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval. Banking networks may add transit time beyond our control.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire payments may be refunded by wire to the originating account; you are responsible for providing accurate remittance details.

Cancellation by Networkaiplatform

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for incidental travel costs.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill refunds for serious illness or bereavement documented in writing, or where mandatory Korean consumer protections require a different outcome. Immersion Retainers follow the statement of work’s cancellation schedule when it conflicts with this Policy.
