Flagship program
Risk Scoring Atelier
Six weeks to turn a financial auditing app for financial risk scoring into an evidence-backed audit instrument.
What you will practice
The Atelier is not a product tour. You will configure scoring inputs, defend threshold choices, and produce workpapers a second-line reviewer can follow without a screen share.
Cohorts mix internal auditors, credit risk analysts, and finance controllers who already touch scoring software and need stronger narrative discipline.
Learning outcomes
- Map data lineage from source systems into score factors
- Calibrate cut-offs with sampling consequences in mind
- Write override notes that cite ledger evidence
- Design alert triage that reduces false calm
- Assemble a board memo with one clear ask
- Run a peer critique of a live scoring decision
Curriculum
Modules
- 01
Signal inventory
Catalog score inputs, owners, and refresh cadence. Spot silent defaults that inflate confidence.
- 02
Threshold craft
Link bands to testing depth. Practice explaining why amber is not a soft green.
- 03
Concentration lenses
Cluster counterparties and sectors; challenge the engine when diversification is cosmetic.
- 04
Override protocol
Document judgment with timestamps, reviewers, and expiry—without burying the score.
- 05
Evidence packs
Export trails, retention notes, and sampling hooks for Korean internal review cycles.
- 06
Board narrative
Compress findings into a memo directors finish. Peer critique closes the atelier.

Recent cohort notes
“Module 4’s override drill was the piece we reused Monday morning.” — Joon, manufacturing audit
“I wanted more time on FX overlays; the syllabus stays firm on credit and operational scores first.” — Anonymous client in logistics

FAQ
Practical limits
Do you install or license scoring software?
No. Networkaiplatform teaches method and documentation. You bring your own financial auditing app or sandbox. We do not sell, host, or certify vendor products.
Is this a substitute for legal or regulatory advice?
It is professional education. Governing-law context for Korea appears in examples, but your counsel and policies remain authoritative.
What if our data model is messy?
Expect to spend extra time before Module 3. The Atelier cannot remediate years of tagging debt in six weeks—that is a real limitation we state up front.
How do refunds work?
See our Refund Policy. Cohort seats follow the stated windows; digital materials already downloaded may be non-refundable.
